Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Who Can Join: This membership is available to all businesses located within Karachi. It is not restricted to previous customers of Artavia Advertising Agency.
  • Signboard Criteria: Membership benefits apply only to signboards, including 3D signboards, shop boards, and acrylic boards.

2. Membership Period

  • Duration: The membership is valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase.
  • Start Date: Membership benefits begin immediately upon receipt of payment and completion of the membership form.

3. Repairs and Maintenance

  • Coverage: Membership includes unlimited free repairs and maintenance for the signboards within the specified size limits mentioned in your chosen plan.
  • Labour Costs: Labour for repairs and maintenance is covered at no additional cost.
  • Parts Costs: Costs for replacement parts such as LEDs, power supplies, or damaged alphabets will be charged separately. An estimate will be provided for approval before proceeding with the repairs involving new parts.

4. Priority Service

  • Response Time: Premium members will receive priority service with a guaranteed response time within 24-48 hours of reporting an issue.
  • Standard Members: Service for standard members will be scheduled based on availability but always aimed to be addressed as promptly as possible.

5. Discounts on New Orders

  • Discount Rates: Premium members are eligible for a 10% discount on new signboard orders for plans covering up to 70 sq. ft. and a 15% discount for plans covering more than 70 sq. ft.
  • Validity: Discounts are valid only during the active membership period and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

6. Regular Check-ups and Cleaning

  • Premium Plan Benefits: Members subscribed to the Premium Plan will receive scheduled monthly check-ups to ensure their signboards are in optimal condition. This includes a one-time professional cleaning service during the membership period.
  • Scheduling: Check-ups and cleaning schedules will be communicated in advance to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

7. Exclusions

  • Damage Exceptions: The membership does not cover damages caused by natural disasters, vandalism, water damage, or unauthorized modifications to the signboards.
  • Major Repairs: Major structural repairs or complete signboard replacements are not covered under this membership and will require separate quotations and agreements.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation Window: Membership can be canceled within the first 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued after the 14-day cancellation period unless exceptional circumstances are approved at the discretion of Artavia Advertising Agency.

9. Renewal

  • Reminder: A reminder will be sent to the member one month prior to the expiry of the current membership period.
  • Renewal Process: Members can renew their membership under the terms available at the time of renewal, which may be subject to changes from the initial membership terms.
